Robert has been committed for more than twenty years to generative change and developing the best possible models for personal development.

From 1987 through 1996 he was Vice-President of Program Development at ADEPT INTERNATIONAL, a Long Beach based training organization. In private practice and in seminar demonstration Robert is noted for his passion and his powerful results.
